Types of Services Licensing Act ApplicationsLet us take care of your licensing and planning needs.

A fully inclusive service which involves preparation of the application and operating schedule, copying relevant documentation to all statutory authorities, public newspaper notice, window notices and all Council charges etc.  The key types of application are:

New or Converted Premises - Make an application
If you operate a Pub, Club, Night Club, Cinema, Theatre, Community Hall, Off Licence or Late night takeaway you will need a Premises Licence from the local Council.  We provide a simple, comprehensive service which includes all statutory consultation and Council charges.

Variation Application - Make an application
Applications under S34 to vary hours of trading, add forms of entertainment or remover burdensome conditions. We provide a simple, comprehensive service which includes all statutory consultation and Council charges.

Change of DPS - Make an application
If a Premises License includes the sale of alcohol Applications under S37 to change the DPS. We provide a simple, comprehensive service which includes all statutory consultation and Council charges.

Personal Licence - Make an application
Applicants with the appropriate qualifications (link to Licensee training) and a current CRB check can apply for a personal licence. We provide a simple, comprehensive service which includes all statutory consultation and Council charges.

TEN - Make an application
The Licensing Act allows small events (less than 500) to take place using a Temporary Event Notice. We provide a simple, comprehensive service which includes all statutory consultation and Council charges.

Floor Plans - Make an application
A Premises application must include floor plans drawn to a specific scale including. We have a network of specialist surveyors who can draw plans which will fully meet the requirements of the law. The fee quoted on the web site is based on typical premises for that NDRV. As a guide our fees are based on a maximum m2 per NDRV namely Band A (100 m2), Band B (200 m2) and Band C (300 m2).  If your premises are larger than areas quoted you will be charges an addition fee.

Licensee Training
To obtain a personal licence an applicant must have passed a recognised qualification.  The foremost examination authority is the BIIAB and we are an approved centre for both training and examinations.  Most courses are held at the County Showground, Maidstone [multimap link].
