We can provide you with a fixed cost solution for your licensing and planning etc. Many of the Council charges are based on the rateable value of the premises (Note 1). Below is a sample of the total cost (excluding VAT). If you have any queries please call.

Applications for large venues may be subject to additional Council charges. Please call for advice.

	NOTES
1	VAT – VAT is not payable on Council charges however VAT at 17.5% will be charged to LGS.uk fees.
2	Newspaper advertising – Our fee scales are based on the cost of a newspaper advert throughout Kent and many other regions. In some areas costs can vary dramatically. In these circumstances we will have to pass on any additional costs for these statutory adverts. We will tell you if there are any additional costs and what they will be before submitting the application.
3	Floor plans – The fees stated for floor plans are based on typical premises within each band. The maximum square meters for each of these bands are A (100m2), B (200m2), C (300m2). Additional areas will be charged at £1.62m2. We will also charge an additional £35 for any large outside areas.
4	Planning – Statutory fees are payable with certain applications
