The BIIAB National Certificate for Licensing Practitioners is a qualification that ensures those involved in the review and approval of personal and premises licences are aware of their roles and responsibilities under the new Licensing Act 2003.  This qualification (45 question multiple-choice exam) can be added to the end of a Licensing Act programme for an additional fee.  Please call to discuss your requirements.
