Licensee Solutions Licensing Act trainingThe Licensing Act 2003 requires all Members serving on the Licensing Committee to be trained in order that they may meet their obligations.


Our Law Society accredited training programme will give Councilors a clear understanding of the Licensing Act 2003. It will explore their role, outline the history and transfer of licensing, explain the key issues in the law, detail the procedures necessary for a fair hearing and take participants through a mock licensing committee for a contested application, ending with a quiz.
